Nationalist Chhatra Dal announces nationwide program to protest brutal killing of student leader Shahriar Alam Samyo
Shahriar Alam Samya, a student of the 2018-19 academic year of the Dhaka University Institute of Education and Research, Sir A.F. Rahman Hall branch of the Bangladesh Chhatra Dal, was stabbed to death by some miscreants in the area adjacent to the Bangla Academy on the Dhaka University campus. Bangladesh Nationalist Chhatra Dal has announced a nationwide program demanding the immediate arrest and exemplary punishment of the terrorists who killed Shahriar Alam Samya.

Protest marches and rallies will be held in all educational institutions across the country to protest the murder of Shahriar Alam Samya on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
