Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal has announced a program to protest the negligence in the investigation into the murder case of Chhatra Dal leader Shahriar Alam Samyer and demand the immediate arrest of all the accused involved in the murder, including the main killer, fair trial and a safe campus.
Shahriar Alam Samya, a student of the 2018-19 academic year of the Institute of Education and Research of Dhaka University, and the Literature and Publications Secretary of Sir A.F. Rahman Hall branch of Chhatra Dal, was brutally murdered by a group of assailants near the Bangla Academy on the Dhaka University campus. Bangladesh Nationalist Chhatra Dal has announced a program to protest the negligence in the investigation of the murder case, to arrest all the accused including the main killer involved in the murder, to ensure exemplary punishment in a fair trial, and to demand a safe campus.

The sit-in program will be held at Shahbagh intersection and in front of the Intercontinental Hotel.
