Bangladesh Nationalist Chhatra Dal is the student organization of Bangladesh Nationalist Chhatra Dal. Bangladesh Nationalist Chhatra Dal was established in 1979. The main slogan of Chhatra Dal is – Education, Unity, Progress. The head office of this organization is located in Naya Paltan, Dhaka. Many of those currently associated with BNP politics were associated with the Nationalist Chhatra Dal.

When Ziaur Rahman founded the BNP, he felt the need to establish a student organization to prepare its future leadership. So he centrally established this organization on January 1, 1979. At that time, many youths were inspired by Ziaur Rahman's popularity and joined the Nationalist Student Party.

The first committee of Chhatra Dal was announced that day, with Kazi Asaduzzaman (Dhaka University) as the convener.
